About CareVisible
An independent practice focused on one niche, for a specific reason.
Why independent agencies only
Franchise home care brands inherit visibility from a parent domain: national review volume, consistent schema across hundreds of locations, and years of accumulated authority. An independent agency is judged entirely on its own signals. That is a structural disadvantage, and it is also a solvable one.
The research behind this
CareVisible started by scoring 50 independent home care agencies across Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Minnesota. 70% had fewer than five Google reviews. 16% had no working website at all. Separately, BrightLocal's 2026 research found only about 1.2% of local businesses nationwide are currently named when AI assistants are asked for a recommendation.
The pattern was consistent enough to build a practice around: these agencies are frequently being out-cited by franchises and directories with more structured, machine-readable content — not by better care.
